Each participant is responsible for booking his own room in the selected hotel. He has to book the room directly to the hotel (by e-mail, telephone or fax), and pay it to the hotel (usually in the check-out).
The main hotel conference will be Hotel dos Templários, where the Dinner Conference will take place. To benefit reduced rates in this hotel, JOCLAD2012 should be mentioned.
