Ÿ Portuguese and English are the official languages of the meeting.
Ÿ The abstracts of free communications proposed should have between two and four pages A4, respecting the available format in the template.
Ÿ The abstracts of free communications proposed, oral or poster, should be submitted until 06th.February.2012, by electronic way on Submission Online. Ÿ When you submit your work you should mention if you want it to be an oral communication or a poster. If you don’t mention it, the Organization Committee will consider it as a proposal for an oral communication.
Ÿ The Organization Committee of JOCLAD2012 will inform you, until 20th.February.2012, about the acceptance of the Scientific Committee of your submitted work.
Ÿ The Organization Committee of JOCLAD2012 cannot ensure that your name and the communication accepted by Scientific Committee figure in Abstract Book, if you validate your registration payment after 12th.February.2012.
Ÿ The acceptance of a work by the Scientific Committee presupposes it presentation on JOCLAD2012, according to its Program.
